Next Thursday 23rd April, we'll be celebrating Book Day in Spain. It's also called Saint George's Day . To celebrate, we'll be doing some book-related tasks these days, and I also want to invite you to watch the following short film.
First graders and I went to London this school year, not for real, but almost... We learned some things about this city through stories, decorated our classroom and finally made these books to bring home and read them as many times as we want.
You can listen to us telling the story all together on the videos below.
Some fifth grade students prepared a theatre play for kindergarten students at our school. They worked really hard during their recess time for a while and yesterday it was the big day.
They created their own costumes and rehearsed a lot. I'm really proud of you, Lucía, Nicolás, Alejandra, Julia, Camila, Iris, Sara, Carla, Daniela, Silvia, Miguel, Lola, Adriana, Celtia, Adrián and Gara (our camera girl). WELL DONE!
Yesterday (17th june) was the big day. Below's the video if you'd like to watch it.
It was a pleasure preparing this theatre play with you and being your teacher. Wishing you all the best in sixth grade and HAVE A WONDERFUL SUMMER!
